Enterprise Mode fixes

Now prompt user to change password if password expired.

Better reporting of login failure i.e. user locked/disabled or password
expired.

EnterpriseDBContext changed to use connectionString from app.config of
myrtille.service, this allows custom location for data file or using SQL
server instead.

Fixes invalid URL of enterprise session url where it includes /popup/
