If a new new instance is instantiated without a host defined, it will
start scanning the network for devices listening on port 4242.

I'm not using the library now so if you feel it works fine I'm open to merge it

If a new neo instance is initialized without a host specified, it will
start scanning the network for matching devices. If no host specified,
the ‘ready’ event will be called on your neo instance to let you know
it is done searching.
