- working on updating the documentation before our first beta release.
- running black - updating the sphinx workflow to be a bit smarted. Documentation will now be a release artifact. It will run on pull requests to. Thus making sure this still works and that our docs are upto date.
- Pasted into wrong file, tests native is back to what it was - updated the correct file for sphinx workflow.
- typo in req file

This gets the Sphinx Documentation up and running again.
We now reference the new V2.0.0 content instead of the old content.
