* Add How to configure CPUs for real-time processing. * Update docs/.wordlist.txt to accommodate above. * Move How to enable Real-time Ubuntu to its own file, now it's no longer the only How-to. * Update docs/how-to/index.rst to include both above How-tos (and anticipate Lincoln's pending How to measure maximum latency in a real-time system).
