Hello!

This PR brings:

  • upgrade radarr-py to v1.1.1 (they have migrated to pydantic v2)
  • refactor to support v2 version of pydantic
  • support for ColonReplacement.smart enum value

Migration to pydantic v2 requires changes in all buildarr plugins.
Merge this PR only when there will be PRs ready for other plugins
