###[ breaking change] 整个UI库改动：整个UI库改动，使其适应于大于3.6.1的百度小程序工具版本，不会报错。
说明：
[bug fix] icon: 修复icon的路径引用问题
[bug fix] dashboard: 修改模块化导入导出的引用问题
[bug fix] steps: 修改模块引入问题引起的bug
pull request 改动点:
改动一 整体项目能兼容于3.6.1版本及以上版本小程序开发工具
改动二 由于手百不支持this.getRelationNodes（）来获取组件实例，只支持this.selectComponet()，
但是此方法只支持单组件，而前者返回的是一个组件实例列表。
