PIPseq Multiplexing Multiple Cell Lines

Introduction

Goal: Hashing nuclei from 5 different cell lines to deterine crossover with DSP/methanol fixation step.

Cell lines used: CRFK (CCL-94), RAB-9 (CRL-1414), RAB-9 (CRL-1414), Rat2 (CRL-1764), SL-29 (CRL-1590)

Create Combined Reference Genome

Run PIPseeker
