Configuration files intended for the following conditions:

1. FreeBSD (or PC-BSD) 10+
2. Emacs-style keybindings preferred for command-line editing
3. (g)Vim as the preferred editor, with conservative customization
4. Exuberant Ctags as a non-intrusive development tool
5. tmux for terminal multiplexing
6. git for version control
7. Caps Lock swapped with Left Ctrl
