Module-Starter-Plugin-DebPackage

This is a plugin for Module::Starter which creates a preconfigured
set of debian configuration files (sufficient to be able to build the
perl module into a debian package).

The debian configuration files created are based on the following
documentation:

  Debian New Maintainers Guide (Chapter 4: Required stuff under debian/)

  Debian Perl Policy
  http://www.debian.org/doc/packaging-manuals/perl-policy/

INSTALLATION

To install this module, run the following commands:

	perl Makefile.PL
	make
	make test
	make install

perldoc command.
