gitignore するものは意図を示しておきたい派閥なのでそうしました．
もうひとつは，通常のビルド時にディレクトリが生成されるとこれな何なのか迷ってしまうので，明示的に gitkeep したい気分です．これは好み問題なので意見をください @s-hosoai
