Bitcore Wallet Service seems to support multiple_outputs which seems to be counterpart of sendmany in bitcoin-cli. Source: https://github.com/bitpay/bitcore-wallet-service/blob/master/lib/model/txproposal.js

Please implement wallet-sendmany command-line tool.
