Fix GetSoundDevices lua docs

LDoc -> LLS docs for #1841

I'll be keeping an eye on the docs coming in for a while. I assume it's going to be an ongoing thing with older PRs.

CC @saurtron and @lhog just as an FYI for how to document this API for lua-language-server. (I realize this was written before #1775 was merged.)

Yeah, there could be a few PRs that still use the old annotations.
I'll try to modify some of them on merge, but worst case we will still have to amend them as you outlined.
