feat: Bb 325 load form statesprogress bar states

Description

BetterBerries now remembers form states between page reffreshes.

• Progress bar status will remain between page refreshes
• Open/Closed form modules persist their state between page refreshes

Also took the opportunity to move some utility functions out of the MainPage to clean things up a bit.
