PT Sync - Ruby Edition [Win32 Package] [BETA]

This is follow up to the initial release of my Ruby implementation of the PT Sync client packaged for Windows. It includes auto-updating and an optional GUI interface for Windows. This is a beta release for testing purposes, if you are looking for a stable version please download the v1.0 package instead.
