Have a website created and ready for content to be added. It should include: Home, About (Contact, Contribute, Licensing, Code of Conduct) pages, and then the actual media (how? is to be figured out). It should also include a way for people to contribute that is not dependent upon use of the GitHub interface, which is unintuitive and has a steep learning curve.
