#291, but targeting develop branch

Bumps follow-redirects from 1.15.2 to 1.15.5.

Testing

  • JS <-> JS using the various NAT traversal settings (STUN/TURN, TURN only, etc) on Chrome to confirm that this dependency bump does not result in a regression.
