Expands the Troubleshooting page of EKS Auto Mode.

First, mention that "debug containers"/"debug pods" work just fine in EKS Auto Mode - the main troubleshooting action that can't be done is SSH to the nodes.

Adds content to the node logs section to cover "debug pods", instead of just linking to the method using Node Health objects.

Adds steps to use VPC Reachability Analyzer
