Replace uses of agentinfo with agenthealth.

Description of the issue

Depends on #920

With the agenthealth extension set up, all output/exporter components should use the same set up for consistency.

Description of changes

Replaces all uses of agentinfo with agenthealth. TODOs will be resolved after #920 is merged in.
