Title: Rescheduling Appointment

Description:

This pull request Implements a feature that helps the user to reschedule appointment by stating the reason for rescheduling and then select new date he/she wants to put an appointment

through this screen the user will be able to select among the displayed reasons not only that but also the user can be able to specify the other reason apart from the displayed.

reschedule date

Through this feature the user will be able to select a specific date and hour available and after that he/she will be notified if the reschedule is successful or not
