What does this PR do?

THis PR is intended to Set up Tests locally & implement Continuous Integration and adding badges to readme

Description of Task to be completed?

  • Implement Jest for unit and integration testing.
  • Set up a github actions for automated testing.
  • Integrate Codecov for code coverage.
  • Add badges to the README for test coverage, CI/CD status, and
  • Deployed project on render via github action

How should this be manually tested?

once u have succefuly cloned repo head over to your terminal and run npm run test to see test result in your termninal
