Easier Install

Added pyinstaller and some scripts to the project to generate a single, portable executable file. This makes installation much easier - simply download "RSGrapher.exe" from the release artifacts, then place on your system in an accessible place.

• Radio Buttons on the Info screen designate the decimal precision to display on the final plots
• Recoloring of the graphs to match the RSG logo
