Doing some research in my fork, seems that downloading gems from rubygems is failing, both in CI and in my local machine.

To move forward we can ignore the test for now and merge. There's a fix with Maven resolution I want to get asap, because I found the junit extensions is not picking the version of Maven set in CI because there's no MAVEN_HOME env_var, instead it uses the default 3.8.8.

Use 2 pipelines because it's easier to compare files and spot differences than adding the if to each step. Sad GH does not alow using matrix variables at job level.
