Fix for Ghostscript 1dpi images

If you have a large PDF e.g. 3000mm x 3000mm and you want to create a tiny image, this can lead to problems when Ghostscript RIPs at 1dpi and tries to output at 1dpi. PDF will still RIP at 1dpi but the image metadata when output will be written as a minimum of 2dpi .
