feat: initial boilerplate for contacts scraper

This makes GPT determine the contact's owner and for phones whether it's an actual phone number and the country code
So, overall this looks good. I've noticed it's important that the page contents go before the contacts in the prompt, otherwise it seems to ignore the page.
It also looks to be able to tell actual phone numbers from false positives (e.g. ids in urls or copyright years)

What do you think? We could add other props and set up tests if this looks good
