This drops the board specific gnu-elf.ld for KERNEL apps as the preprocessed modlib/gnu-elf.ld suffices. Checked w/ rv-virt:knsh and rv-virt:knsh64 Signed-off-by: Yanfeng Liu <p-liuyanfeng9@xiaomi.com>
