In this PR I will create kvrocks controller ui.
I use Ant Design as the UI framework.
Ant Design is a widely used UI framework developed by Alibaba. Its official website provides documentation in both Chinese and English. Considering we have many Chinese developers, the availability of Chinese documentation can better assist potential Chinese contributors in starting their work. So, I believe this is a good choice for us.
This is a draft PR. I will provide more development details as I progress.
