fix(hubble): parent override children dep version

Purpose of the PR

• enhance chore: unify the dependencies versions of the entire project #478 @conghuhu could ensure the usage in hubble modules
• feat: update common version and remove jersey code #538 WARN FOR EVERYONE, and we need add a TODO to avoid it happens again (parent override child, not reasonable)

@zhenyuT could follow this PR and modify it if need
