-Add support for average and burst data from Signature .mat files. a36719a
-Revert modification on time stamping for RDI ADCPs and RBR CTDs processed Windows v6.13. Time stamp is left untouched at the start of the measurement. Global attribute instrument_average_interval, TIME variable attributes comment and seconds_to_middle_of_measurement have been added and documented accordingly for both velocity and wave dataset. Nortek ADCPs have been treated similarly (except Signature, not clear). 696cd32

-Fix depthPP when 2 nearest below P sensors are at the same nominal_depth (stuck in while loop). Fix depthPP when using height above bottom instead of nominal depth convention, would look for 2 nearest above while should only do so for 2 nearest below. Cleaned a bit logic and comments. 3f6fe48
