Scroll position restoration broken

When navigating to a card in the movies, shows, or search pages and then navigating back the scroll position should be saved. This was broken in a recent release

The expected behavior is that a user should be able to click on a movie in the list of movies, navigate to the movie, and then if they click 'back', their previous scroll position will be saved. The movies should not need to be loaded again.
