Second try to melt the CI. The original PR was aborted because of some wrong merges before: #174

GitLab-CI: extended to iterate over different versions
3dafd43 
- convert run_test.yml to run_test.sh
- iterate over: GCC/Clang versions, Boost version and Alpaka ACC versions
- dd test for Clang as CUDA Compiler
