This is yet another attempt to fix the FlyBase github action that automates the process of updating the BLAST configuration files.
The manually triggered action clones the FlyBase BLAST repo, the Alliance repo, copies the FlyBase configuration files over to the Alliance repo, and then creates a PR for the update in the Alliance repo. This was previously working, but changes in the pull request action being used broke the process.
This has been tested locally somewhat with act.
