Its a plugin built for wordpress which is used to track the applications filled by the candidate in the page or post
Download this repository as zip and place it in your plugins folder Then, from your WordPress administration panel, go to Plugins > Installed plugins > Inactive plugins and there click activate on 'Applicant Tracker'
In your admin screen you will find a menu item by the name of 'Applicant Submissions', you can find the details of all the submissions made by applicant. Here admin can perform things like searching, deleting the content and sort by date features.
