Well identified! I would actually label this as the home of the AICA System. Public users to our GitHub organization will only see the public repos, which covers the open-source parts of our umbrella "framework", in particular the SDK and tools like package-builder (and in future, AICA Launcher). AICA Core is really just the base image, which although it's stored and built through GitHub, it's still not open source and not publicly viewable.
