Adds explicit connectors for both Phantom and Metamask.
Currently web3onboard only shows connect buttons for any injected connector it detects is present in the browser.
This change adds a deeplink for either the extension or the mobile wallet if the user is visiting via a browser with no injected connector (chrome on mobile).
