Support for KeyCmdr()

Preliminary release that supports controlling a radio via a CW key.
The software/examples/Eds9er directory contains both the software
and a description of mods to Forty'9er CW transceiver to turn t into
a CAT DSB digital transceiver. ITW!

GUI support

Example with GUI published. Other examples and CORE update for compatibility.
