About The Pull Request

This PR removes the quirk, "Sir, you are being hunted."

Why It's Good For The Game

Its existence encourages needless validhunting and trolling. The jokes are getting a bit old.

All of our quirks are mostly-broken garbage. Instead of removing them one at a time, I'd prefer if we just tore this from the root; if you want to disable this, could you go ahead and disable ALL the quirks besides the language ones?

A lot of people use quirks as fundamental parts of their character (esp. dwarf/tall), please do not delete every quirk.
