この書き方だと、
- hrefに値が入っている && props.asにコンポーネントが入っている
- ↓
- isAnchorがtrue → linkPropsはaタグ用になる
- でもprops.asのコンポーネントが利用される
ということになりませんか……？
（想定していたのはaタグのhrefがoptionalになるという話であって、WizAnchor全体でhrefがoptionalなプロパティにというわけではないです！）

このロジックだと、hrefを指定せずにanchorを使うと問答無用で後ろの linkProps の中身がasPropsになりませんか……？
