The Jaguar motor controller will allow us to accuratly regulate power to the
motors using a pwm (pulse width modulation) signal. This is fairly easy
to work with on the programming end, and I have experience with this exact
piece of hardware from first robotics. There is an ample amount of documentation
on these as they come with the FRC kit of parts, and everyone uses them. These
will be capable of powering most motors, and should work for anything we will be
using on the ROV.
