Many breaking changes. Using Node 20 now. Reconfigure project for Vite, including updating all imports (they make more sense now too) Upgrade Vue/Vuetify imports to 2.7 so we can start using backported Vue 3 features in components and incrementally adjust to Vue 3 before jumping there and adapting to Vue
