Disciple of the Pike Cavalier can't pick the same weapon group more than once if the Advanced Weapon Training fix is enabled, which means that you have to pick spears once, polearms once, then nothing from there. This PR makes the same adjustment that Sohei gets for Disciple's Weapon Training feature.
