Description

Edit to the respawning UI text to reflect the current ruling on respawns.

  • removed: some incorrect text
  • add: some correct text
  • don't ask why it says the bottom text for respawning ineligibility was changed, I didn't touch that. Just github being github.

This is because the "ending" of the file was changed, not the actual text. Thats the "Stop" symbol you see that got removed.
