from Berith: "I just realized I never assigned the above question to you.. and now I have another question: is there any way to exclude puncta that colocalize with another puncta dataset? So for example, I have psd95 staining in my nuclei, but would like to filter those out before continuing analysis. Can I do a colocalization analysis of psd95 and Nissle and then exclude the colocalized puncta from other colocalization analyses?"
