2.1.4 (2025-01-13)

  • Fixed a bug in Issue 60 That caused the QIIME 2 plugin of ITSxpress to crash when running .qza files with more than one sample (thanks @hyphaltip). This bug was introduced in v2.1.2 or v2.1.3.
  • Verified that the ITSxpress will work with HMMER 3.4 and Vsearch 2.22.1, the current dependencies in QIIME 2 2024.11 Bioconda recipe was updated in their repository to allow later versions of HMMER.
  • Remove the setuptools-scm _version.py file
  • Remove old bioconda yaml file from the repo.
  • Updates to the install instructions in the readme file.
