This PR updates the DEV edition with latest tw5.com macros and styles. So it looks better again.

There are 4 commits to see the details.
I did open all 147 tiddlers side by side tiddlywiki.com/dev and localhost:8080
They seem to work in the same way. So no info missing or hidden.
