This PR adds new document to the repository to guide potential contributors:
CONTRIBUTION_GUIDELINES.md – A general guide with suggestions on how to contribute in various areas such as graphics, sound, AI improvements, and more.
These document aim to streamline the contribution process and provide clear instructions for both technical and non-technical contributors.
