Grafana in front of the existing graphite + collectd infrastructure.

• The grafana instance would be deployed manually (or using tendrl-ansible), WITHOUT any tendrl integration.
• Already implemented metrics would be made available via the grafana dashboard.
• No volume level aggregation would be available, as those require integration with tendrl.

Updated cluster list view on the tendrl UI would also be available, but without the import functionality.
