Since JetBrains does not have any control regarding these export restrictions, and considering the fact that they've gladly provided us with licenses before these restrictions were updated, I think the Special Thanks section should stay. Despite our licenses expiring soon, we will still use their tools such as R# InspectCode CLI, which are of great help to Octobot's development. For these reasons, I will be rejecting this pull request. |
