Fixed all warnings related to .NET 8 Renamed DataContext to ViewModel due to .NET winforms controls now having a data context object property. Fixed up icon sizing on dialogs in hi-dpi.

Added Directory.Build.Props to turn off transitive vulnerability auditing. SharpDX has dependencies on .netstandard 1.6, which is severely out of date. Unfortunately, SharpDX is no longer maintained, making getting an updated build impossible. SharpDX will eventually be replaced, so this is not a problem I care about. Latest avalonia update 11.2.1 fixes Avalonia example rendering. Yay! Various analyzer/warning cleanup.
