Problem

On the dropdown of different categories on the heart heath page, the "Specific Symptoms Score" needs a new name

Solution

Change the shortened name on the list (circled in the image below) to "Symptoms"
Change the Full name on the opened page (underlined in the image below) to "Symptom Frequency Score"
Change the column titled "Heart Failure Symptoms" in the health summary to "Symptom Frequency"

## ⚙️ Release Notes 
- The title and selection in the symptom dropdown have always been
identical on Android. Now, as with iOS, the title is more detailed than
the selection
- the value adjustments have been made
- completed the symptom description
