(new) appended CookJobId to WorkflowReports when job is started (new) attached Cook job report to WorkflowReport on 'cancel' or 'failure' (new) Cook job report available when job starts and updated each polling cycle

The 'Workflow' view in Packrat now provides access to Cook Job reports from when the job first starts and continues to update it while the job is running.
Additional QoL additions added as well:
Cook Job Id now listed in reports
all errors appended to reports, etc.
